I have not had any problems here at all. Maybe it was just an off night. We all have them I mean we are all human after all. Give them another chance.

I think as with most places sometimes you can't get the best person. We had a server that wasn't impressive, but another server kept helping us and he was excellent. We've gone a few times and that was the first time one of our servers wasn't as good. Did you mention it to management? If you didn't you should, how else can they improve on their challenges?

Yes,it is. They sell unsweet tea too. They also have sweeteners so you can as much or little as YOU want. We like our tea down South sweet. It is always good and so is the unsweet tea. Coffee is the same and they have decaffeinated too. Best tea and coffee ever.

That is only one item. Did you try anything else? No need to bash over soup. Of course you were hungry after just soup.
