Very good location for agood carryout meal for people who are still reluctant to dine in during the COVID pandemic. Quite a few people not wearing face masks in the store side of the restaurant, but that is their poor choice and not the fault of the restaurant.

The food and customer service was wonderful. Yolanda was our server, and she took very good care of us. Consistent excellence: the reason I will continue to frequent Cracker Barrel. Thank you!

We waited pry 30 minutes before somebody coming up let us order our drinks and then it took us cry about another hour to get our food

Cindy was our server. TheBest! Ask for her. Their open face roast beef sandwich keeps me returning again and again. The biscuits ate buttery and the perfect consistently. They serve the coldest Cokes of any restaurant. Minus one star for hard, uncomfortable seats.

The service was slow.Most of the restaurant staffers did not appear "happy" to be at work.When the hostess sat us, there was food on the table at a seat. She put the menu right on top of it! She had to have seen it, I saw it from a few tables away. Three other waitresses walked right over a little boy's menu that he was coloring...But, the food was good!

Protein meals at their finest. I always know what to expect when I go to cracker barrel. I love breakfast any time of day and steak, bacon and eggs hit the spot.

I visited the local Cracker Barrel in Orangeburg, SC and was very disappointed in the service today (Aug 2nd). After waiting almost 10minutes for someone, I placed my order at 1155am, and was told 15-20 minutes. While waiting, there were 3 very nice young ladies at the front desk, but none of them were able to take orders, I thought that was a missed opportunity for training, I had to wait for a waitress/waiter. After waiting right just shy of an hour, my order was ready. The food tasted great, although room temp. I can truly say that the cashiers were continuously checking on my order status - they were great, and for that reason, i'll visit again. Have a great day!

Food was good as always. Too many people were permitted in the giftshop to allow for proper social distancing and the majority of the guests were not wearing masks. Our hostess had a mask but she had moved it to Uber her chin which of course accomplished nothing. Our waitress wore a mask but didn't cover her nose and she was sniffling. Limiting the number of people would have been a great decision, especially since the chairs outside were available.

If you’ve never been to Cracker Barrel, it’s like home cooked food. Lots of decorating and a little shop inside as well. The food is always good. Prices are reasonable. It’s a great stop on a road trip to find something everyone in the group would want to eat.

Timberland was an exceptional server, and should not be blamed for the Cook. As in any restaurant the cook needs to check his food before he/she plates it...chicken over cooked, eggs over cooked...Timberland made up for the food issue with her customer service.

I'm not a big fan of this place. I went with some friends. The service was fair. The waiter was new. He will get better. The food is not as good as the mom and pop dinners of the south.

We are headed back home from our cruise and stopped here for breakfast. It was delicious. Our food was hot when we got it and my sawmill gravy was the best that I have ever had. Very good peppery taste with lots of flavor to it, not bland tasting. Our young waiter was very nice to us and kept our coffee cups filled. We are glad we stopped there. Good job Cracker Barrel!!❤❤

This location is horrible. Food quality has gone way down portions are very small.

Had a great time at this Orangeburg Cracker Barrel. We had a group of 17, including several little kids. There was a fairly long wait before they got enough tables together clear, but it took about as long as they said.Every meal seemed to be correct (except an extra apple slices side she left 😊), which was impressive with that many people and only one server taking the orders. I took photos of mine and hubby's plates.All the food was yummy and greatly enjoyed, though we think the medium and medium well steaks might have been switched in the kitchen. 😁 Definitely a place I'd recommend. 👍

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Everyone there was so friendly and stopping by the table to see if we needed anything. The Christmas decorations and fire were beautiful. Love to come to Cracker Barrel and will definitely be back to this one.

Cracker barrel always has good breakfasts - any time of the day. Lots of food for the money. A favorite? Fried apples on biscuits. Yea they have sugar cured ham and the turkey and dressing with cranberry sauce is really good. Service with a smile!

Decent food. Been a while that we have eating out since the COVID started. Seats were spaced out appropriately and all staff had masks on that I could see. Was a little pricey for breakfast food but that is cracker barrel. You should know that going in.

Nice place to bring the kids to pick out few Nick, knacks and also great place to eat but it's not vegan only set back.

Where can I say good old-fashioned cracker barrel food. It's good

This location in Orangeburg is amazing!!! Germany is the most amazing waitress around. The service she provided is beyond reproach and she knew what we needed before we did.

The food was good and it was a short wait despite being super crowded. Our waitress was also very nice.This Crackle Barrel is on the interstate. The ladies bathroom only has 2 sinks so there were 5 of us waiting around for a sink to become available so we could wash our hands.Like I mentioned earlier, the food was good. However, we did not receive any breakfast menus and our silverware was very spotty with dried food on a couple of pieces.

First time that i go to Crcker Barrel and food was horrible, food was cold and the stake i order it was like rubber, i order eggs over easy and got them over cooked. The hotcakes not not cooked well waitress was great.

Food was good and hot. Drive up service was friendly and helpful. Call ahead with your order so you dont have to wait.

I understand this time is new for all of us, but I just did a call-in order and it was less than what I have come to expect from Cracker Barrel. I was told it would take about 10 minutes and it did, just as I was walking up they were bringing it out. I was thinking to myself great hot food, well to my surprise after my 5 minute ride home my food was below room temperature cool. It was like it had been just sitting on the counter for hours, not just brought out from the back. Very disappointed.

Staff was nice, food was good as usual... Didn't hurt that we were eating late.... ;-)

We always enjoy the Cracker Barrel. You know what your getting before you stop. The for is just as good at one as it is another. Service was great & quick to seat. Just have to watch out in the gift shop. If you aren't careful your wife will buy everything before you even know what's happening.

The biscuits will blow you away they are so huge. Very popular eatery in Charleston. Then take the time to walk it off around the City.

Our server was was excellent so was the food. Will be back.

Waited at table for 20 minutes before waitress came. Took another 20 minutes to get my drink. After a 55 minute wait, I finally got my COLD breakfast. 1st time in 45 years I didn't tip. I'm a 50% tipper if I get a smile and my cup full. I was at my table a total of an hour and 15 minutes and waitress never stopped to offer a coffee refill. She was too busy with the 2 men at the table next to me. No excuse!

Our food was very disappointed, not cracker barrel style, must have been a bad day

All the food is amazing! Love the atmosphere and the store.

Cracker Barrel just has that warm atmosphere that is great for the family and having a home style meal without having to make it. I got the seasonal 3 piece chicken with hashbrown casserole and dumplings. Everything tasted lovely and the server was very nice. There were a lot of people there, but our wait time was entertained with the shop and they have classic candies like Dad's Root Beer candy which I had to grab.

The food was delicious. We had the Thursday lunch special; Turkey n dressing with a sweet potato casserole, cornbread n biscuits. Then to top it off with a nice glass of sweet tea with lemon. The service was excellent!

This is one of my favorites! I know I can always get good food & great service. Love the old time store too.

Amid the Covid crisis restaurants have struggled. Not only with staff but food quality as well. Cracker Barrel is always consistant. Food hot and fresh and friendly service. This location was clean, comfortable, and friendly while still observing social distance restrictions and masks. I travel alot on this route I will stop again.

Try the smaller platter was hot fresh. Had to wait on biscuits but they were hot n fresh perfect for desert

Had 6 adults and one active toddler at the table for breakfast. Everybody ordered something different and 2 people had 2 separate orders. Zion was our waiter and he was great! Very patient while taking orders nothing was missing when the food arrived. We were all very happy with the service and Zion kept the coffee cups filled. Would definitely choose this Cracker Barrel again as a place to meet family for a meal.
